  • Do you Accept Insurance?

    • If you would like to utilize your out-of-network benefits with your insurance company, a Superbill may be provided to submit to your insurance company. You are responsible for contacting your insurance company to inquire about benefits and what is needed. Please be mindful that specific diagnoses may not meet the medical criteria for reimbursement. However, we can discuss a diagnosis to include the positives and negatives and how this may impact you.

    • A 60-minute initial intake is $225.

    • Follow-up sessions are 55 minutes for $200.

    • If you require letters to be written to employers or other entities, there is a $50 charge per entity.

    • You are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of projected charges for services. Our mission is to be clear and concise about your charges so you will never be surprised with your bill. Please visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises for further information.

  • How Often Do I Have to Attend Therapy?

Sometimes, there is a lot to unpack at the start of therapy, especially if you have dealt with trauma or other extreme life events. At the beginning of treatment, it is vital for both the client and clinician to build trust and rapport. It is helpful to start weekly for the first several weeks, and then the client and clinician can reassess to determine what is best moving forward.
